En la primera gráfica se puede ver que hubo 1544 solicitudes de patentes ingresadas en México en 2013, en donde solo 1211 solicitudes de este total, fueron ingresadas por inventores Mexicanos.

In the first graph, as you can see, there were 15444 patent applications filed in Mexico in 2013, where only 1211 patent applications from this total were filled by Mexican Inventors.

En la segunda gráfica, mostramos una comparativa entre solicitantes estadounidenses y solicitantes mexicanos (solicitudes en trámite y solicitudes otorgadas).

In the second graph, we show a comparison between US applicant and MX applicants (applications and granted applications).

Necesitamos hacer algo al respecto, no solo en materia de incremento de número de solicitudes de patente, sino en materia de CALIDAD!!!

We really need to do something about it, not just talking about the increasing of numbers but in QUALITY!!!
